The Business Managing Partner is responsible for leading the relationship with the agency’s clients at local level.
S/He is leading excellence in the Mx (Media Experience) services delivery for their client portfolio and is responsible for alignment of client satisfaction KPis across teams, by connecting Business strategy, Media Innovation/Experience and measurable efficiency.
Mission & Responsibilities   Clients.
Be accountable for client relationships, associated revenues and P&L management, including   digital   and data services   [For global clients] Own the client relationship in conjunction with Global / Regional teams, by ensuring clear communication within the network and by providing appropriate reports   Be responsible for client satisfaction   L ead all client actions on strategic accounts   by excelling Mx, based on Mx brief with close support of the Strategy team - Work in close liaise   with Local Heads of   Intelligence, Mx Development and Mx Measurement   to meet client requirements within agency business constraints   Be responsible for quality, relevance and efficiency o f the Media Experience delivered by   matrix teams   Identify and initiate new business opportunities within your client portfolio   – provide strong support to the Agency New Business   (Global/Local)   Foster   the implementation of   Havas Media’s identity-based addressable audience platform   to servic e clients.
Enhance its usage within your teams.
Deliver   the strategic recommendations to your client portfolio to meet their objectives   and leverage Mx efficiency   Be responsible for the quality, relevance and efficiency of the Media Experience Mx, delivered by diverse teams to clients   Be aware of all contracts impacting on client activity, and mitigate conflicts of interests   Manage any litigation with clients    Performance management.
Be responsible for the account performance, business growth and P&L   Represent and deliver the Agency updates and strategy to shareholders   Ensure the monthly reporting and P&L management on Magnitude     Manage investments at local level and report them at global level   Be responsible for credit management – invoicing and payment   Accountable for partnerships targets   Management.
Lead   matrix teams to ensure Mx quality and performance to clients   Work closely with   Mx development,   C hannel specialist s,   I ntelligence team,   A udience architect &   M edia   C reative representative - Be responsible for the team performance   Actively contribute to key talent acquisition processes     Previous experience & Industry background     ; years’ experience in client servicing   Media Industry,   Brand,   Data Industry, Tech Industry   Deep understanding of client/sector business eco system   [specify Industry]   Successful experience in fast moving business with good knowledge of the client environment   Ability to manage   and navigate   in matrix   organization     Qualifications & Languages     Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising   Languages.
