Job Description:

As an Agile Business Analyst, you are the pillar on which the Product Owner and developers can build. With courage and a keen eye for the needs of the customer, you work together with your team to optimize the digital experience of our customers. You do this in close collaboration with the Damage business line. You are responsible for mapping the wishes of the business and the requirements from a technical perspective. With your analytical view and decisive approach, you translate these into clear features and user stories, with which you help the team and the customer move forward.

You will become part of a new temporary scrum team to be set up in the central Digital and Customer Interaction department. This team will be discontinued upon completion. We build portals, websites and deliver the Omni channel platform. For the Damage business line, we are going to set up an improved digital claim handling or damage reporting process. For this, we are setting up a new temporary team that will build this funnel with full focus. The challenge is to create generic building blocks so that we can work faster after this first claim funnel and also set up digital claim funnels for all other damage products.

Requirements:
Have completed a relevant education, such as Business Administration, Computer Science or Business Informatics
Have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Have extensive experience working in a Scrum team
Are results-oriented and analytically strong, with an eye for both details and the bigger picture
Are a team player who collaborates effectively with various stakeholders and builds bridges between business and IT
Communicates clearly and to the point
Have experience in digital environments, such as websites and customer portals
Have sufficient technical knowledge to discuss topics such as APIs, data integration and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
You collect functional and technical information from various stakeholders, which you then validate and translate into user stories with concrete acceptance criteria.
You work closely with the Product Owner, developers, designers, content specialists and web analysts to develop features and user stories.
You coordinate frequently and in a timely manner with the architects, security and risk advisors.
You act proactively as an advisor and sounding board for your stakeholders.
You define a POC (proof of concept) or an MVP (minimum viable product).

Work Experience
6-9 years
Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role: 5+ Years
Extensive experience working in a Scrum team: 3+ Years
Experience in digital environments, such as websites and customer portals: 3+ Years
Sufficient technical knowledge to discuss topics such as APIs, data integration and systems: 3+ Years
