We are thrilled to have more than 23 nationalities working together and very proud to see that our products and services are enjoyed by millions of users monthly around the globe.Key ResponsibilitiesYou're our perfect candidate if you:Lead and manage a team of BI analysts and specialists.Develop and implement BI strategies to support business objectives.Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI systems.Monitor BI performance and optimize queries and processes for efficiency.Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Stay updated on BI technologies and best practices to drive innovation.Communicate BI insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.Communicate BI insights and findings effectively to management, including executives and directors, tailoring the message to their level of understanding and strategic priorities.Act as a liaison between the BI team and other departments to align priorities and deliverables. RequirementsYour expertise in a nutshell:Proven experience (3+ years) in a BI role with demonstrated leadership capabilities.Extensive knowledge of processes ETL.Proficiency in BI tools such as QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI or similar tools.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Leadership qualities, including mentorship, strategy,  decision making, coaching, and team-building abilities.Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and emerging trends in BI and analytics.Outstanding oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skill.
