s a Business Assistant, you’ll work directly with company leadership to support strategic planning, optimize internal processes, and ensure key projects move forward efficiently.
You’ll manage time and communications, attend executive meetings, and assist in aligning cross-functional teams.

Organize and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules Track critical deadlines and events Assist in task prioritization and workload planning Sort and manage incoming messages (email, Slack, messaging platforms) Draft responses on behalf of executives based on guidelines Escalate important messages and filter out low-priority communications Ensure transparency and structure across communication channels Attend key strategic and leadership meetings Take detailed notes and convert discussions into clear, actionable tasks Schedule meetings and prepare agendas Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution Monitor task progress and team focus areas Consolidate multiple roadmaps into a unified view Identify conflicts, overlaps, or misalignments across teams Ensure accountability for deliverables Use AI tools (primarily ChatGPT) to streamline workflows and handle routine tasks Formulate prompts, evaluate outcomes, and integrate results into daily processes Identify opportunities to automate or enhance team efficiency using AI Provide feedback on AI output quality and improve prompting strategies Manage and align the executive leadership agenda Track progress against goals and key projects Prepare materials and coordinate strategic planning sessions What you need to succeed in this role.
3-7 years in roles such as Executive Assistant, Project Manager, Chief of Staff, or Business Operations Experience in startups, fast-paced environments, or tech-driven teams Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Exceptional time management and organization skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence using modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) Fluency with platforms like Notion, Slack, Trello, Jira, Asana, Google Workspace English proficiency.
