Business Analyst with MS stack
Location: Utrecht, NL
Duration: 6-12 Months
Hiring Type: Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Use Data factory, Databricks to combine source with customer data for Marketing department
for P L analytics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and
translate them into functional specifications.
Use Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL Server, and Azure to create reports,
dashboards, and data visualizations.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational
improvements.
Work closely with technical teams to support data integration, transformation, and
warehousing using the MS stack (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory).
Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP
solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
Provide training and support to end-users on analytical tools and dashboards.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative solution development.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
o Power BI
o SQL Server / T-SQL
Excel (Advanced: Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA optional)
o Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)
o Dynamics 365 (preferred)
Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and reporting best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
