This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis, reporting, and process automation, with an emphasis on optimizing workflows and delivering actionable insights through reports and summaries.

• Maintain and enhance an Excel-based tool, ensuring seamless integration with Databricks to automate data updates and improve efficiency.• Improve data views and dashboards, making them more intuitive, insightful, and scalable for various stakeholders.• Work on scalability solutions to expand the tool's functionality and adaptability across teams.• Develop and automate reports and summaries, translating complex data into actionable insights for decision-making.• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, business teams, and stakeholders to ensure the tool meets business needs and evolves with changing requirements.• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.• Provide documentation, training, and support to ensure end-users can effectively use the tool and reports.
equired Qualifications:• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA• Expert-level proficiency in SQL for querying, data transformation, and analysis• Strong experience with Databricks and other SQL-based platforms for large-scale data processing and analytics• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar analytical role• Proven track record of automating processes and improving data pipelines to drive efficiency and scalability• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard developmentPreferred Qualifications:• Experience with Python, SQL, or Spark for data manipulation and automation.• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.• Familiarity with API integrations and data governance best practices.
