The technology function has continuously transformed their digital operations, utilising top cutting edge technology has seen this team expand YoY.As part of their newly established software centre of excellence in Barcelona, they have engaged Quotacom exclusively to recruit a Business Analyst, with a strategic mindset to deliver software from whiteboard to production. Responsibilities:Own requirements definition and backlog maintenance for our Agile software team Lead complex analysis spanning several different domains to identify key business requirements and opportunities for improvement within our Agile framework Coordinate with product management, developers, and other team members to deliver iterative, real value to our customers and stakeholders Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and training sessions to drive the adoption of our products Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex business needs into actionable software development tasks Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and strategies as needed based on iterative feedback and changing requirements Maintain Agile process, manifest and discipline for our development team Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within an Agile software delivery environment with proven track record of managing backlogs from inception to production to maintenance Maximize efficiency in a nimble environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a nimble environment in a complex domain Strong interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English and Spanish, capable of working constructively with diverse stakeholders Experience in facilitating change and promoting Agile methodologies Expert-level knowledge in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile workflow management software, process map documentation, and ways to capture and communicate requirements Ideally, a background in B2B commercial environments, software development and made-to-order manufacturing What they offer:Competitive compensation packageHealth Insurance alongside a benefits package in transit and meals, nursery, and other ancillary categoriesand engaging company cultureopportunity to join a fast-growing company and shape the futureoffice environmentPTO and paid holidaysfor professional development and growthteam bonding experiences including free lunches, activities, and eventsculture that listens to and welcomes diverse perspectivesIf you are interested in discussing further please send through your CV and contact details for more information to alexandra@quotacom.comAt Quotacom, we take the security and privacy of your personal data very seriously, any data we hold will be in accordance with data protection legislation.
