As a Business Development Manager, you’ll introduce this iconic brand to new retailers, helping them become part of the Warhammer journey.

About the Role As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of Warhammer to independent retailers, helping them discover the excitement and profitability of bringing Warhammer to their customers.
What You’ll Do.
Make cold calls to potential independent retailers.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Introduce retailers to the Warhammer hobby and demonstrate its value to their business.
Meet and exceed sales targets through charisma, resilience, and determination.
What We’re Looking For.
Fluency in German and a good level of English.
A natural talent for sales with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and charisma to quickly engage potential partners.
Resilience to handle rejection and adapt to challenges.
A genuine enthusiasm for Warhammer and the hobby community.

€ OTE (€ base + uncapped commission).
