The developer will be on a technical Team to implement all the requirements provided by the functional team.
Additionally, you will help with the set-up of a new team with the appropriate Technical profiles that provides the necessary capabilities for the execution of the business projects and the evolution of the solutions. You will encourage the team to improve performance and maturity, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative and collaborative way.
We need somebody like you to help us in :
- Implicated on the Dev Team and organization on how to work in best practices and values to fit the client needs.
- Providing all support to the teams with criteria and determination.
- Identify training, upskilling or re-profiling needs required to maintain technical competences
- Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team.
- GAP analysis from users and definition to developers.
- Manage multiple projects and requests concurrently, being able to successfully keep up with their requirements and deadlines.
- Analysis and resolution of incidents in the Market Risk Business Area
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required qualifications
- + 5 years experience in Big Data Cloud environments
- Advanced knowledge in Big Data Tools : SCALA, Spark, Hive, Impala, .
- Unix shell scripting and spark execution
- Technical knowledge in Cloud solutions and BigData architecture
- Proven experience in agile development environments: Scrum, Kanban and tools: Jira, Confluence
- Advanced knowledge of development frameworks: GitHub, Jenkins, Sonar
- Knowledge of the usual production tools in banking areas: Service-Now, ControlM,
- Desirable experience in agile development environments: Scrum, Kanban and tools: Jira, Confluence
