maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission as a Bellman is to properly handle, protect and transport guests' luggage to avoid incidents with their belongings As a Bellman, What will your day-to-day work be like?.
-Review the pending of the previous shift in the log to follow up and ensure that the activities are carried out.
-Read the Arrivals and Daily report to share information and follow up.
-Carry out and follow up on the departure baggage report to avoid delays in Bag Pull services.
-Verify the existence of work tools and report to the captain of the Bellman any failure they present for the corresponding follow-up.
-Assist the guest to book the taxi service when required to facilitate their transfer.
-Attend the briefing to learn about the operation of the Hotel.
-Read emails to follow up on requests from guests and other departments.
-Maintain communication with the security department for the correct monitoring of arrivals and departures.
-Receive and dismiss guests by their last name to create a personalized experience according to the Standard of Welcome and farewell to the external client.
-Accompany members to the Star Prestige Lounge so they can check in.
-Accompany guests to their rooms and transport their luggage to comply with the Check-in Standard with / without Butler service.
-Offer and carry out transportation service to other areas of the complex for the convenience of the guest.
-Help guests move luggage when required to contribute to a good experience.
-Offer and delegate Valet Parking services to maintain control of customer vehicles.
-Coordinate the baggage Pick Up service with the guest and record it on the bag pull sheet to speed up the exit service.
-Wash and load carts at night for the next day's operation.
-Be in constant communication with security for the correct follow-up of arrivals and departures to know the name and surname of the guest.
-Present the guest with Butler to check in.
-Assist the guest with the opening of the door to ensure that the keys / Chip work correctly and enter the luggage.
-Explain to the guest the elements of the room based on the established procedures (step, bathroom light, curtains and air conditioning).
-Pick up the guest's bags in a timely manner according to the information provided by the Butler.
-Accompany the guest to Reception to check in.
-Explain to the guest the elements of the room based on the established procedures (step, fans, light, safe, door, minibar, TV, terrace door and hot water, air conditioning curtains, app support, promotion of shows and activities.).
-Show the guest the location of the Concierge assigned to the building.
-Pick up the guest's luggage in a timely manner according to the information provided by the Concierge.
Requisitos Who is the ideal person for this position?.
Academic Qualification.
Highschool Degree Experience.
1 year experience in a similar position Skills.
-Highly responsible & reliable -Able to motivate team members -Able to remain focused and be detailed in product delivery -Ability to maintain the Standards of the company and Department -Ability to think quickly and find solutions to issues faced daily -Detail oriented -Excellent Command of the English and Spanish Language- Additional language is an asset Se ofrece Our proposal for you.
