| T/ Plan de formación propuesto El becario/a se integrará en el   Equipo de Salmonella, especializado en estudios in vivo para evaluar la eficacia de compuestos antimicrobianos.
El área colabora estrechamente con equipos de PK‑PD, seguridad y química médica (Med‑Chem), y participa en el desarrollo de modelos preclínicos translacionales que conectan con ensayos clínicos.
Actividades formativas Preparación de cultivos bacterianos para inoculación.
Manejo de ratones y realización de procedimientos (administraciones, muestreos).
Extracción, homogenización y siembra de órganos; uso de contador automático para contaje bacteriano.
Diseño y planificación de estudios in vivo.
Recopilación, análisis y presentación de datos experimentales.
Apoyo en ensayos fenotípicos de alto rendimiento para selección de compuestos contra Salmonella.
Requisitos Básicos Grado en Cs de la Salud Nivel intermedio de inglés (lectura científica).
Habilidades técnicas.
Conocimientos básicos de Excel.
Valorable experiencia con GraphPad u otros software estadísticos.
Deseable curso acreditado de funciones B y C en experimentación animal (no excluyente).
