Your mission

Be part of Bitpandas Crypto Hub, where youll build cutting-edge Web3 infrastructure and shape the future of our decentralized ecosystem.
What Youll Do
- Build and scale backend systems powering Bitpandas Web3 stack - from tokenized assets to dApps
- Design, write, and deploy secure, efficient Ethereum smart contracts
- Deliver clean, production-ready Python code with strong performance and maintainability
- Own architecture decisions and drive technical direction across the team
- Mentor peers, review code, and help build a high-performance engineering culture
Who You Are
- 5+ years of backend experience with a strong focus on Python, Go or Typescript and system architecture
- Touched upon writing and deploying smart contracts on Ethereum (Solidity/EVM)
- Skilled at integrating blockchain services, APIs, databases, and messaging queues
- Solid understanding of scalability, observability, and CI/CD best practices
- Passionate about Web3, hands-on, and driven to build real-world blockchain solutions
