The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Commis Pastry to join our pre-opening team.
The Commis Pastry is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
The Commis Pastry prepares guests dessert orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
hat you will do.
Prepare pastry items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
perate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including, food processor, mixer, oven.

Our ideal Commis Pastry candidate have excellents teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required.
It is also required minimum of culinary experience, basic knowledge of kitchen tools and culinary operations.
Proficient knife skills are also required.
Position also requires continuous standing for up to 8 hrs per shift and the ability to lift up to 30Kg.
Applicants also are needed to have a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is preferred and Spanish is required.
Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in Spanish.
