As an Audiovisual Project Manager & Producer, you will be an integral part of our mission to shape the future of learning.
As an Audiovisual Project Manager & Producer, you will play a pivotal role in the production of audiovisual and artistic content for our Online Programs, Multimedia Materials, Massive Open Online Programs (MOOCs), and various other projects.
Collaborating closely with instructional designers, professors, and external providers, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering high-quality educational content.
Responsibilities Your role as an Audiovisual Project Manager & Producer will involve.
Collaborating in the co-creation and design of engaging digital learning experiences and course content, working closely with professors, instructional designers, coders, and audiovisual teams.
Overseeing the recording and editing of audiovisual and graphic components for various types of courses.
Infusing storytelling elements into courses through script development, actor coordination, and animation conceptualization.
Selecting and managing providers, both companies and freelancers, who will contribute to audiovisual projects.
Conducting quality reviews and checks to ensure the materials and courses produced meet our high standards of quality and rigor.
Conducting research and benchmarking to identify emerging trends and best practices in the field of video and visuals for educational purposes.
Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess the following  qualifications.
A degree in a related field, ranging from audiovisual studies to arts & humanities.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
A minimum of three years of proven experience in managing audiovisual projects, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in educational projects.
Expertise in.
General video production, including post-production.
Managing audiovisual teams, including graphic designers, video editors, camera operators, sound specialists, lighting professionals, and actors.
Creative direction applied to design and video.
Utilizing video and design software within the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere, among others.
Creative skills such as scriptwriting, storyboarding, sketching, and project ideation.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
