  Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting for an Associate Manager Clinical Services, located in Irvine, CA.
The Associate Manager of Clinical Services will lead the creation and update of high-quality presentations and digital assets for new and existing products with the goal of training users of J&J Vision surgical devices and equipment.
Additionally, the role will be responsible for creating tactical and technical presentations for Medical Affairs and R&D leadership to present and global ophthalmology congresses.
The Associate Manager of Clinical Services will lead the collation and sharing of key insights from HCPs to R&D to improve product design and to Global Strategic Marketing to strengthen marketing.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop end user presentations and digital assets to support clinical training and certification on new and existing products.
Develop clinical and technical presentations for Medical Affairs and R&D leadership to present at ophthalmology congresses to support new product development and introduction.
Manage a SharePoint site as Project Manager for feedback collation and facilitate Ad Boards/Voice of Customer and User Meetings to collect product feedback for use by Medical Affairs, R&D and Global Strategic Marketing.
Participates in meetings and supports trade shows to provide product demonstration and presentations for new and existing J&J Vision products information to ophthalmic and optometric HCPs.
Provide training and certification to global Applications Trainers to support HCP training and certification for on-market products.
Develop and present subject training for Human Factors Evaluation.
Qualifications Education.
·       University/bachelor’s degree.
Experience and Skills.
Required.
·       Minimum of 6 years of industry experience Minimum of 1 year experience ophthalmic clinical training experience Skilled in SharePoint and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred.
Communication skills to establish and maintain partnership with KOLs and key stakeholders in Marketing and R&D IJCAHPO certified COA, CCOA, COT, COMT, or OSA preferred Other.
