IE University Legal Department is looking for a Associate General Counsel to join its team!  The Associate General Counsel will support IE's Legal Department in its daily legal operations, specifically providing direct assistance under the supervision of the Deputy General Counsel for the area Corporate Programs and the General Counsel for other general legal matters.
This role emphasizes standardizing contracts and procedural documentation, executing tasks, and actively contributing to compliance and process efficiency.

Responsibilities Your role as Associate General Counsel  will involve.
Provide direct support to IE's Legal Department team in routine legal tasks, under the supervision of senior counsel.
Execute drafting, review, and standardization of contracts, agreements, standard clauses, and internal procedural documents for the IE Group.
Prepare and review specific legal documentation and contracts for the Deputy General Counsel related to Corporate Programs, ensuring strict compliance with established corporate standards and guidelines.
Act as a direct point of contact with local legal advisors in MENA jurisdictions to maintain regulatory compliance and provide practical support on contractual and corporate issues.
Execute and manage timely registration and updating of Corporate Books in the Commercial Registry.
Provide support on corporate and commercial legal matters, including company law compliance and corporate governance issues.
Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should have.
Law degree with strong academic credentials.
Master's Degree Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate legal department or reputable law firm.
Fluent in Spanish and English, with outstanding legal drafting skills in both languages.
Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and procedural management capabilities.
Proficiency with legal management tools and software.
Exceptional standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
