IE University's Talent & Careers is looking for an Associate Director (Temporary) to join its Education & Advising team!   IE University is seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Director of Education & Advising to provide coverage during the maternity leave of the Director of Advising.
This role is pivotal in ensuring continuity across advising-related initiatives and supporting the day-to-day operations of our education platforms.
The selected candidate will report directly to the Director of Education and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities Your role as an Associate Director (Temporary) will involve.
Advising Operations & Platform Management Act as the primary liaison with platform providers to explore, assess, and implement new functionalities that enhance the advising experience.
Oversee the renewal of provider contracts, in coordination with IE University's Legal Department.
Serve as the main point of contact for troubleshooting issues between team members and external platforms.
Provide ongoing support to contractors, responding to queries and ensuring smooth communication and alignment with IE processes.
Content Development & Resource Management Create and maintain high-quality instructional content, including tutorial materials and user guides, to support students, advisors, and contractors.
Mentoring Program Support Provide tailored support to the ongoing mentoring project, adapting to its evolving needs and ensuring effective execution in collaboration with other team members.
Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
3+ years of professional experience in education administration, advising, or project management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with digital education platforms and provider management is a strong advantage.
Excellent command of English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
