Responsibilities.
Work in close contact with Global Consulting Services (GCS) Sr Director & Global Controller on everything that relates to US GAAP reporting consolidation and month end closure optimization Responsible to review completeness and accuracy of the monthly reporting including flux analysis for the business unit Work with HQ Corporate functions on M&A projects and legal entity restructuring projects Responsible for all technical accounting analysis and preparation of related assessments to be discussed with GCS Sr Director & Global Controller and Cencora Corporate HQ Responsible to lead the GCS Groip Accounting team Responsible for the transition From Lucanet to Oracle EPM consolidation tools Responsible for coordination of Statutory account preparation and Audits across all GCS jurisdictions Review and oversight of the Global Chart of Accounts and managing change approval Work together with Tax & Treasury on global projects (tax optimization bank rationalization treasury platform roll out etc..) Responsible for adoption of Corporate Policy & Procedures cross all jurisdictions where Pharmalex operates Ad hoc analysis and GCS wide projects.
Education.
Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting and Administration Experience.
At least 10 years of working experience in Audit Consulting and Finance/Accounting department of a multination company Strong Group Accounting & consolidation background (PPA Tax and Debt accounting group accounting etc..) Big 4 trained (preferred) Used to work in an international and multicultural environment Fluent English speaker (a second European language is a plus) Able to work in a team and manage conflicts Able to perform under pressure and in a dynamic environment What Cencora offers Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
