Responsibilities Your role as a an Associate Director, Asset Management & Planning  will involve.
Coordinate the course calendar and structure with the Programme Management.
Development and implementation of programme guidelines.
Support professors´ assignation process together with the Area Directors.
Gather professors´preferences and indications.
Plan and schedule the IE business programmes.
Activities´analysis and solutions implementation for process optimization.
Monitoring day-to-day scheduling changes.
Oversee the correct course performance.
Inform studens about agendas´ adjustments.
Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications.
University Degree English.
advanced 3 years' experience in process/operations´ related positions.
Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
Strong organization skills.
Ability to manage resources effectively and establishing priorities.
Excellent communications skills.
Team player person Hands-on approach Microsoft Office.
