ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Our deep commitment extends to fostering enduring personal relationships with our patients and their families.Job description:As a fast-evolving company with endless opportunities, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Marbella.In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the CEO and his Executive Assistant in various administrative and project management tasks.This is a full-time position, with an on-site working model.Main responsibilities: Provide project management support to the CEO of a multidirectional business and to his Executive Assistant, including but not limited to research, data analysis, project and business document preparation, and general project management assistance.Be prepared to lead different projects from concept to completion under supervision.Be prepared to take on additional ad-hoc tasks and projects. Qualifications: A degree in Project Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of proven experience in managerial positions, preferably in project management or business administration (Innovations Manager or Product Manager).Professional working proficiency both in English and Spanish (C1-C2), both in verbal and written communication. Other languages will be deemed advantageous.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
