Job Role Primary Objectives.
•System Management.
Monitor operational health and maintenance of Infovista, Cramer, Netcool, and web applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
•Incident Management.
Acknowledge, raise & update incidents related to these systems & communicate to stakeholders •Monitoring & Reporting.
perform periodic health monitoring using tools to track system performance and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
•Collaboration.
Work closely with senior team members to understand architecture, environment & operations.
Maintain tracker of open system issues and assist in implementing tasks.
•Documentation.
Go through the available documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures & raise questions.
Document day to day procedure & handover.
•Continuous Improvement.
Identify opportunities of learning & forward feedbacks from customers, received on tickets to seniors for further improvement.
