ASSISTANT MANAGER PUBLISHING - PERFORMANCE & CREATORS

Drive ongoing consumer engagement through the management of community activity across all relevant digital channels and platforms.
Deliver value to our communities through engaging content delivered and community management via our digital and social ecosystems, creating the best social strategy with the right content, right partner, right moment and right place.
Responsible for strategically managing key sport performance talents (scouting, negotiation, relationship and effective communication flow between all internal and external couterparts).
Key Responsibilities.
Execute and support NR & Publishing strategy across selected categories (sport performance).
Focus on the local market community touch points, ensuring close collaboration and partnership with various x-functional partners (CRM, Sports Marketing, Account Marketing, DCT and CRM/membership).
Ensure all content is fully optimized across relevant channels via tagging, linking and rapidly implementing any new social media technology.
Build & maintain a strong partner portfolio linked to our campaigns and brand priorities.
Identify opportunities to connect partners with adidas campaigns.
Create and monitor KPI’s, take remedial action & recommendations.
Manage publishing, moderation, and community management of relevant social channels.
Support the engagement of the community actively and responsively, both in relevant outside communities and existing own channels, paid media and partners – monitor consumer conversation in real time (reacting to queries, resolving negative experiences and identifying areas relevant for further brand engagement and enhancement)     Key Relationships.

Experience in both market and above market organization preferred.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, talents, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentations.
Strong organizational, problem solving, time management and resolution skills.
Unconventional business hours may be required.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications.
Communications qualification or equivalent industry experience and experience - strong understanding of social and digital publishing Fluent in English Spanish native University degree in Business At least two years of professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
