Responsibilities Your role as an Assistant, HR Administration & Accounting will involve.
Accounting of HR expenses.
payroll and invoices of social benefits Control and monitoring of invoices, payments, notes, transfers, and book-keeping Issuance of bank transfers and control of bank movements Maintenance of the HR database.
entries, departures, incidents, and archives Preparation of periodic reports Application of established policies Provide widespread support to the Department Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications.
Education in HR, Accounting or related field.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience in accounting.
Experience in Microsoft AX Dynamics would be a plus.
High level of Microsoft Excel and database management.
High analytical and organizational skills, high attention to detail.
