Proven previous experience.
A minimum of two years as a Front Desk Supervisor, preferably onboard a cruise ship or in a luxury hotel.
2.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
3.
Fluency in English and at least two additional European language to effectively communicate with our diverse international Guest.
4.
A deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and the ability to deliver personalized guest experiences.
5.
A proactive attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Your Essentials To join our team as an Assistant Front Desk Manager, you will need.
1.
Previous experience in a similar role aboard a cruise line or within a luxury hotel setting.
2.
Proficiency in English and fluency in at least two additional language to effectively serve our international guests 3.
A passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
4.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and senior management.
5.

Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management will be an added advantage.
