ou will be working closely with the CFO of Spain, based in Ibiza or Barcelona for Le Collectionist.
You will be required to assist in all aspects of the role.
overseeing and supporting the smooth running of all financial support functions.
our main tasks.
ssume the role of the CFO Spain’s right-hand person, responsible for gathering analytical data to support various departments.
Your duties will include managing the CFO’s calendar and meetings, helping in report formulation, facilitating communication with team members in the department, and tracking villa payments using Excel spreadsheets.
ou will also be tasked with liaising with high-end clients to obtain information regarding rental agreements and damage deposits.
Serve as a key point of contact for all financial communications between property owners and clients, tracking both internal and external expenses, and preparing lists of payments for suppliers.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for retrieving and forwarding invoicing information to villa owners.

Be prepared to troubleshoot any conflicts that may arise and work closely with different teams, responding promptly to their requirements.
