Estamos buscando a una persona dinámica y organizada para unirse a nuestro equipo como asistente en Bentō Models.
Si te apasiona el mundo de la moda, tienes habilidades de gestión y te gusta trabajar en un entorno creativo y dinámico, ¡esta oportunidad es para ti! Responsabilidades.
Brindar soporte administrativo en el día a día de la agencia (agenda, correos, llamadas).
Hacer seguimiento de las necesidades de las modelos (documentación, disponibilidad, desplazamientos).
Actualizar bases de datos y archivos digitales.
Colaborar con los equipos de booking, marketing y comunicación.
Atender a clientes, fotógrafos y colaboradores, asegurando un trato profesional y cordial.
Requisitos.
Excelentes habilidades comunicativas en castellano, catalán e inglés.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples tareas a la vez.
Conocimientos básicos de herramientas informáticas (Office, Google Workspace).
Proactividad, organización y buena presencia.
Capacidad de realizar convenio.
Se ofrece.
