In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the User Interface of the game from initial conception to implementation.You will lead and manage a small team of talented artists, setting a clear vision, building trust, providing consistent feedback, and understanding each artist's goals and needs, helping to establish a clear path for everyone to achieve their goals. You will also work alongside UX designers, technical artists, developers and product managers to ensure the UI supports the game experience. You will partner with production to develop high level execution plans and own the execution strategy.As UI Art Lead, you are expected to develop the overall look and feel of the game, balancing visual satisfaction and gameplay clarity to ensure amazing experiences.
