🥖ABOUT THE COMPANYA french brand of stores, restaurants and tearooms is opening new franchises in Spain!🍰ABOUT THE ROLEThe operation manager is responsible for managing the operations of up to 10 restaurants locations with the goal of controlling costs and providing a high-quality experience to customers. Owning the operational relationships with functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of the business plan.The operation manager takes on many responsibilities, including effectively recruiting and managing store management, overseeing operations across their span of control, liaison between stores and the various Head Office function, handling customer complaints, and generating financial reports. Other important aspects of an Operation Manager’s duties are to ensure health and safety regulations across their span of control.The Area Manager will be responsible of a team up to 10 restaurant managers, a head of bakery and 500 staff. ✨THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU! REQUIREMENTS: Speak FLUENT English and Spanish (Or Spanish and French)+5 years of experience managing the operations of more than 8 restaurants/café&bakery in Spain Multi-outlet operations experience in businesses such as fast food, casual dining and bakery café! (Hotel experience is not what they are looking for this time)Experience working with international franchises, being familiar with franchise systems and international standards for this type of business.Have experience leading a team of Restaurants Managers, Head of Kitchen and Staff in the restaurants industry.Have experience being responsible of the Food Quality and Safety.Previous experience in charge of the P&L of +8 restaurants.LOCATION: Barcelona, SpainSTART DATE: As soon as possible💶BENEFITSAttractive base salary + incentives based on revenues + benefitsPlease share your CV so we can consider you for this or future positions!
