Through partnerships with real estate investors, buildings can be acquired or let, in order to develop coliving residences.
As an Architecture & Project Manager, you help secure these projects and lead their transformation into operational and sustainable Urban Campus Residences.
The position is based in Madrid and will report to the Lead Architect & Project Manager.
Here is what will be expected from you.
Pre-project analysis Supervising feasibility studies of potential new Urban Campus coliving residences (in coordination with real estate business developers and external experts/partners) Designing space planning and conducting capacity analysis on new projects Conducting financial and timing estimation of construction works Collaborating with our Real Estate Expansion team on financial viability analysis of new project Ensuring viability and compliance with urban regulation of each project Construction management Building relationships with our clients, local developers, architects and other real estate professionals Supporting the establishment of partnerships and contracts with suppliers Keeping projects on track and ensuring timely delivery Monitoring progress of development projects from identification to hand-over Participating in site visits as necessary to oversee plans, drawings, and construction contracts Product vision Contribute to the development of the architectural vision of Urban Campus spaces (balance between private and shared spaces, usage, sustainability, furnishing, IT) Participate to the development and enhancement of Urban Campus spaces specifications and design book Explore current trends and innovations in residential projectsMaster’s Degree in Architecture +4 years of demonstrable experience in Spain in leading real estate development projects Proven track record working on residential or hospitality projects, with in-depth knowledge of residential real-estate design principles, local code, and brand requirementsOutstanding project management skills, capable of overseeing projects from the design study to the final delivery Experience with feasibility studies, contract negotiation and local Urban PlanningPassion for the quality of the space user experience, above the beauty or the complexity of the designComplete fluency in Spanish and English.
Any other European language is a plusExcellent communication skills A quantitative, analytical and curious mindLove for architecture, design and sustainabilityProficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
