APPRENTICE PMO & PROJECT CONTROL

This person will have proactively interfacing internal stakeholders.
Candidate ready to work in presence at GE office in Coslada - Madrid (hybrid work possible.
office and remote) Job Description Roles and Responsibilities.
Under the supervision of the PMO & Project Control Manager, the main tasks of the person will be.
Assist the team in maintaining project Reviews governance, scheduling, costing, risk register and margin deviations.
Ensure Document Management according to the established procedures or standards as described in the Project Management Handbook guidelines / Project Quality Plan.
Provide support to tools and process implementation, for the use of Project Management community.
Participate to Financial and project progress meetings.
Communicate and liaise with Project team, Contract Manager, Planner, Site Manager, Local Project team, Global Central team, in accordance with action plan set by the PMO & Project control Leader.
Help to ensure the right rigor around schedule and cost management processes to deliver projects on-time and within budget.
With focus around tools, processes, operating rhythm, and people.
Consolidate, report and improve the project Key Performance Indicators, monthly review, participate setting actions and follow up.
Consolidate and prepare reports to ensure good management of the regional workload.
Supporting to implement best practices and lessons Learned.
Required Qualifications.
Eligibility to for an apprentice contract (law requirements).
The person must be within the three (3) years after the completion of the studies, five (5) years in the case of a person with a disability.
Have a Bachelor Degree.
Engineering, Finance and Accounting, preferable but not required.
Good Level of English is a pre-requisite as will liaise with the Countries.
Good level to work with Office Package (good level of Excel required).
Desired Characteristics.
Data analytics notions/knowledge.
Knowledge of main financial KPIs (Sales / Margin / Cashflow or equivalent knowledge or experience).
Strong communication skills.
Curiosity, appetite to learn.
