Your Responsibilities   You will have a key position in providing TECH support our more than fashion stores in Europe.
We are responsible for solving incidents and service requests to ensure that our colleagues can focus on their responsibilities.
Provide remote support to our retail store systems and applications  Ensure that all registration is done according to guidelines (ITIL)  Drive user behavior to increase self-service  Provide advice and guidance on applications and systems  Participate in the continued optimization of the global TECH Service Desk  Act as users’ advocates in TECH and follow through on tickets.
