Responsabilidades.
Coordinar los proyectos clave de la empresa, asegurando su cumplimiento en tiempo y forma, y colaborando con distintos equipos para garantizar la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos.
Analizar los datos y los flujos de trabajo de la empresa para identificar oportunidades de mejora de los procesos.
Ayudar en la preparación de informes ejecutivos, actualizaciones de proyectos y presentaciones.
Colaborar con varios departamentos para garantizar la alineación con los objetivos.
Realizar un seguimiento e informar sobre las métricas y los indicadores de rendimiento de los proyectos.
Tu perfil.
Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos, análisis empresarial o un puesto similar.
Fuertes habilidades organizativas y analíticas.
Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal.
Dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos y elaboración de informes (por ejemplo, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira o similares).
Capacidad para manejar información confidencial con discreción.
Se valorará experiencia previa en proyectos corporativos interfuncionales, así como en análisis de negocio, operaciones o consultoría.
