Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Administration Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Esta posición es clave para supervisar todos los aspectos de las operaciones administrativas, garantizando el funcionamiento fluido del negocio en el día a día Responsabilidades.
• Supervisar las operaciones administrativas diarias.
• Organizar y priorizar la carga de trabajo para lograr la máxima eficiencia.
• Implementar y hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
• Mantener canales de comunicación efectivos entre departamentos.
• Preparar informes financieros y presupuestos.
• Gestionar facturas y pagos de manera precisa y puntual.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas financieras y controles internos.
• Gestionar múltiples proyectos de manera exitosa y simultánea.
• Desarrollar planes de proyecto, cronogramas y estrategias de asignación de recursos.
• Hacer seguimiento al progreso de los proyectos y comunicar actualizaciones a los interesados.
Requisitos.
• Experiencia previa en un puesto similar.
• Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
• Conocimientos sólidos en gestión financiera y elaboración de informes.
• Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y manejar varios proyectos a la vez.
• Comunicación efectiva y habilidades interpersonales destacadas.
