THIS IS A TRANSVERSAL ROLE SUPPORTING THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS OF A NEUROSCIENCE RESEARCH INSTITUTE.
ADMINISTRATION AND DIGITAL TOOLS MANAGE GOOGLE WORKSPACE ACCOUNTS.
CREATE, SUSPEND, OR REMOVE USERS, ADMINISTER SHARED DRIVES AND PERMISSIONS.
SUPPORT WITH PROCUREMENT FOR PURCHASES.
TRACK SHIPMENTS, MANAGE RETURNS, AND HANDLE INVOICE COLLECTION AND FORWARDING TO ACCOUNTING.
CONTRACT DIGITAL TOOLS AND MANAGE ?NON-PROFIT? DISCOUNTS (PENDING AUTHORIZATION).
