We are seeking a professional who will design, develop and optimize business process models using Appian. As well as analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

What will make you successful in this position?
- Proficiency in Appian process modeling and development.
- Understanding of business process management (BPM) principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration technologies and APIs.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

What will be your mission?
- Design develop and optimize business process models using Appian.
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Implement process solutions and integrate them with other systems and applications.
- Ensure seamless data flow and communication between different components.
- Provide technical support for Appian applications and resolve any issues.
- Troubleshoot and debug process models to ensure smooth operation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including process models user guides and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of process solutions.
- Identify and resolve any defects or issues found during testing.
