APP USER ACQUISITION MANAGER (M/F/D) - REMOTE

Our data-driven approach helps drive high-quality, cost-effective user acquisition and retention strategies for our clients’ apps.We are looking for an Mobile App marketer to run & scale our clients International user acquisition campaigns.The position is a full time remote role and we hire globally.What you will be doingIdeate, create and manage Mobile App marketing campaigns on various ad channels. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads are the main ones. Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter and Programmatic are also part of the combo.Optimize and scale international app marketing campaignsAchieve the business goals of our clients (usually CPA & ROAS)Put your results in a presentable format & use advanced calculations in Excel if neededIdentify correlations between the numbers and draw conclusions on the next steps to win more (paying) users for our clients' appsWork with CSV files & large Excel reportsBrief the creative team precisely which banners or videos you need for every channel & campaignLeverage automation features on every digital marketing channelScale our clients success, we only grow if our clients grow.Test and deliver reports on newest ad products (alpha & beta tests) to ensure we are on the forefront of digital advertisingQualifications2+ years of experience in performance marketingData Science or similar degreeDeep understanding of latest developments in app tracking, especially IOS14 & SKAdNetworkYou have fun with numbers (you understand the fundamental metrics of performance marketing, eg. CPM, CPA, ROAS)Living in the world of apps: you consume Facebook, Instagram, Snap, TikTok or other apps daily and understand how advertising works.Familiarity with MMPs and attribution platformsGreat presentation skills. Remember we work with clients.You master the details (your work must be super accurate, structured and precise)Extremely analytical & high attention to detailMotivation to learn & grow your skillsetTeamwork. We value your capacity of being able to collaborate with others and enhance their skills.Fluent in English!
