About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Android Engineer to join our mobile development team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced Android applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, while continuously improving application performance and user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain robust Android solutions, ensuring maintainability and performance.Build production-level, user-centric applications using clean architecture and design patterns.Monitor app performance using analytics tools and support optimization efforts.Collaborate closely with product stakeholders, backend engineers, QA, and designers throughout all phases of development.Provide technical direction on architecture decisions for Android platforms.Maintain a high-level understanding of how mobile features support business objectives.What We’re Looking ForMinimum of 6 years of professional experience in native Android development.Expert-level proficiency with Kotlin and familiarity with Java.In-depth knowledge of clean architecture principles and reactive programming using Kotlin coroutines and Flow.Solid understanding of dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Dagger.Proficiency with Android Jetpack libraries (e.g. Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, Navigation, etc.).Experience connecting mobile apps to backend systems using REST APIs.Experience in analytics, monitoring, and crash tracking (e.g., Firebase, Sentry).Strong communication skills and a team collaboration mindset.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Preferred Experience & QualificationsExperience with modern Android tools and design principles (e.g. Jetpack Compose).Previous involvement in cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.Interest in tourism, travel, or e-commerce applications.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).For Spain-based candidates, flexibility to attend client offices.Why Join Us?The chance to join an organisation with triple-digit growth that is changing the paradigm of how software is builtThe opportunity to form part of an amazing, multicultural community of tech expertsA competitive compensation packageThe opportunity to grow inside the companyThe chance to work with leading companies who are pioneers in their industryA flexible and hybrid working environmentOffices in multiple locations around the worldMedical insurance Come and join our #ParserCommunity.
