Analytics Engineer (Tableau) Role & Responsibilities * Design and develop dashboards and reports in Tableau to support business decision-making * Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and prepare data * Work with Snowflake to build and manage data views and tables used in reporting * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into data solutions * Ensure data quality, performance, and consistency across dashboards * Support the transition of data products from development to production environments * Troubleshoot data issues and make improvements to existing reporting processes Skills & Qualifications * 3+ years of experience with Tableau, building complex, user-focused dashboards * Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning * Experience with Snowflake, including schema design and managing large datasets * Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.
., Databricks is a plus) * Experience working in corporate or regulated environments (pharma experience is a plus) * Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Benefits * Competitive salary based on experience
