AI QUALITY MANAGER

AI Quality Manager will play a key role to maintain top-quality AI projects. Within our Data Services Team, QM will shape the project quality strategy, design and oversee QA workflows, analyze data, and track quality benchmarks. Quality Manager's AI-assessment skills and Quality Control management are crucial for project success. Candidate is an AI enthusiast with a commitment to excellence. Your Role and Responsibilities · Design and create suitable quality frameworks, metrics, and strategies for Data Services projects. · Perform detailed task analysis, defining key quality drivers and necessary skills, develop efficient testing and onboarding methodologies for our Data Services vendors. · Manage end-to-end Quality Control (QC) process and provide feedback to suppliers. · Report on delivered quality and propose action plans for improvement. · Address client quality escalations and collaborate with suppliers for root cause analysis. · Lead communication with client and suppliers as main Quality point of contact · Prepare reports, analyze trends and define improvement strategies to be presented to customers during regular business reviews · Implement quality improvement plans for underperforming suppliers. · Support data suppliers and provide timely answers to their queries. · Evaluate Quality Control providers (both internal and external) and offer performance feedback and training. · Stay updated on AI industry trends and contribute to new opportunities. · Collaborate with Solutions Architects to develop skill evaluation solutions and visualize quality metrics. Required Technical and Professional Expertise· Prior experience in developing and implementing effective data management, analysis, and visualization procedures is required. · Ideal educational background includes disciplines such as Statistics, Linguistics applied to computers, Cognitive Science, Data Analytics, Computational Linguistics, or equivalent. · Proven experience with Data Collection, Annotation, and/or evaluation tasks. · Fluency in English is essential, as Quality Manager will work within an international team where English serves as the primary language.
