The AI CoE at Vodafone focuses on.
AI Solution & Product Development.
Creating AI products that deliver value to customers & colleagues.
AI Advisory.
Providing strategic and technical consultations to enable better decision-making at every stage of the AI product development lifecycle.
AI Community Support.
Strengthening Vodafone AI community through various activities and measu What you’ll do AI Development.
Design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions that address business needs and enhance customer experiences.
• Technical Expertise.
Provide deep technical expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, data science, and computer vision.
• Collaboration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, customer service, and compliance, to identify AI opportunities and drive adoption.
• Innovation and Research.
Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the AI CoE.
• Performance Monitoring.
Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives, providing regular updates to the AI CoE Lead What skills we need Experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI.
Technical Skills.
Proficiency in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, natural language processing, data science, and computer vision.
/ Solid hands-on skills in ML, NLP, CV, deep learning; familiar with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, cloud platforms.
Problem-Solving.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Analytical, creative, and business-aware problem solver.
Communication.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ethical AI.
Understanding of AI governance, ethical AI usage, and compliance with data privacy regulations What we offer We currently work in a roughly  3 days from home, 2 days in the office  mode, Here,  we address each other informally  and  aren’t really bothered about a dress code … It suits us all just fine, and we hope you’ll feel good among us too.
