AI Bot Designer_353 About the Job Our Conversational AI (CAI) Tribe is focused on revolutionizing customer care with AI-driven Voice and Chatbot services, in collaboration with Contact Center Solutions (CCS).
As a Bot Designer, you will develop and optimize chat and voice bots.
Responsibilities include technical project development, innovation, feature integration, enhancing business value, customer satisfaction, team development, and project support, collaborating with a talented team to scale our Conversational AI solutions.
What you do • Lead technical projects to enhance CAI solutions, focusing on innovation and scalability; drive innovation within the CAI Bot Development Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Squad for smooth project deliveries; address project issues and provide use case guidance.
• Integrate new features and third-party systems whilst contributing to positive business cases and profitability; implement new features and external integrations.
• Design, develop, and optimize chat and voice bots; train bot NLU models and analyze performance.
• Enhance Generative AI applications (e.
., FAQ systems, Copilot, text summarization).
• Provide project estimations and risk mitigation strategies; maintain documentation and guidelines.
• Deliver valued services to customers; deliver training programs for team members and customers.
What you bring • Expertise in Conversational AI platforms (e.
., Cognigy, IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow).
• Knowledge of third-party system integration techniques as well as the ability to create documentation and training materials.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, communicative and collaborative attitude.
• Proficiency in Python, NodeJS and JavaScript.
• Experience in chat and voice bot development with strong Generative AI application knowledge.
• Excellent English communication skills; German/Spanish is a plus.
Experience with international teams in a multicultural setting.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
