WERE ESPECIALLY INTERESTED IN PROFILES WITH EXPERIENCE IN:
- Relevant experience as an Agile leader (e.g., Scrum Master, Flow Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager)
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe
- Hands-on experience applying Agile techniques: user stories, estimation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and pairing
- Experience facilitating workshops, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to work across diverse, international teams
- Experience working in global environments and large organizations
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and DevOps principles
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar platforms
- Experience administering and operating ticketing systems, boards, and digital collaboration tools
- A creative, proactive, and motivated working style with a strong focus on innovation
- Fluency in English is required additional languages are a plus
