Student Services Advisors perform a variety of tasks within clearly defined procedures; decisions are made regarding the set-up, sequencing, and priority of tasks.

The Student Services Department is in charge of offering IE University students resources and information vital for their move to Madrid.
From obtaining their student visa to finding accommodation, exploring medical insurance options or getting mobile phone service, the SS Department plays a key role in guaranteeing a good start of the student's life in Spain.

Responsibilities Your role as  Advisor will involve.
Be familiar with all aspects of office operations Be familiar with the programs, services, policies, and procedures.
Complete all tasks assigned in an accurate, prompt and thorough manner.
Make effective use of work time.
Be able to communicate and interact positively and effectively with staff, students and parents from different nationalities.
Possess sound judgment and strong organizational skills.
Possess the ability to function autonomously.
Be familiar with word processing, computer data entry, and filing and telephone reception.
Consistently contribute to department standards.
Offering excellent customer service, you will be able to empathize with students from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and be able to communicate clearly to an international audience Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should have.
Bachelor degree Fluent in English and Spanish With excellent organizational, IT, communication and writing skills, you will be self- motivated and able to work flexibly as part of a team Customer service experience.
