Responsibilities Your role as Advisor will involve.
Serve as a first point of contact for students and visitors at the María de Molina office, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Foster a strong sense of IE culture through direct student interaction, addressing questions and facilitating support.
Provide high-quality customer service to students, staff, contractors, and external partners.
Ensure the functionality and upkeep of the Student Experience office space.
Represent the office in meetings and events, supporting student needs and ensuring effective communication.
Support and manage logistics for events and activities on the María de Molina campus.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Maintenance, Security, Reception, and IT.
Assist with hospitality initiatives, including welcome sessions, focus groups, student surveys, and welcome kits.
Approve and support events organized by Student Clubs on the IE Connects platform.
Help with travel bookings and expense management for off-campus events.
Process invoices and expenses in coordination with providers and the accounting team.
Maintain and update databases (CRM) and lead the Student Experience database transformation project.
Support reporting through data collection, analytics, and internal documentation.
Manage package preparation and courier services.
Handle IE Connects reimbursements through internal platforms.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the \"cStudent Community\"d section on the IE Connects platform.
Help organize internal team meetings and team-building activities.
Collaborate with management on concerns related to messaging, service usage, and asset management.

Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should have.
Native-level proficiency in English or Spanish, with strong command of the other.
