Tasks
We are looking for a well-organized, digitally fluent individual to coordinate sponsored online content and support our clients through every step of their digital campaigns. If you're detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about local community media, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for online content clients, ensuring smooth communication and support
Coordinate the scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking of paid content across our digital channels
Assist clients in choosing and customizing content packages aligned with their goals
Ensure all digital materials are accurate, timely, and meet brand standards
Maintain up-to-date records of client communications, content placements, and billing
Deliver responsive, professional customer service and resolve client queries efficiently
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in client services such as sales, content coordination, or digital media
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a strong plus)
Comfortable working with content management systems, online platforms, and digital tools
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects at once
Positive, proactive attitude and a client-first mindset
Legal eligibility to work in Spain
Must be based on the Costa del Sol
