We are in Barcelona, where the group was founded in 1977.We are a team of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in the development, registration and marketing of veterinary medicines, active ingredients and nutraceuticals.OverviewAdministrative Assistant position for the Commercial Operations Department of Vetpharma (Customer Service, Finished product purchases, raw materials purchases, billing and logistics, planning)ResponsibilitiesBill and Manage Purchase Orders: National, European Union, Import and Triangulars OperationsMonitoring all purchase orders with suppliersRespond customers queries about lead times and availabilityControl, review and send documentation for CustomsMonitor arrival lists of raw material importsSolve logistics incidentsRegister new suppliers into the systemStock regularizationProcess troubleshootingRegister new supplier registrations into the system and manage supplier returnsRequest supplier expensesManage supplier payment claims and invoice incidentsPrepare quarantine lettersMake purchases reportsManage acceptance of new service providersIssue triangular operations insuranceCollaborate closely with the Planning, CS and Billing DepartmentsQualificationsAdminsitration DegreePrevious experience in Purchasing/Billing CS departmentsMedium/High level of EnglishKnowledge of SAP is mandatoryHigh level of Excel, dynamic tablesPositive attitude, willingness to learn, capacity to multitask and good performance under pressureGood interpersonal skills and teamworkAvailability: Immediate incorporationBenefits• Permanent contract• Flexible schedule• Teleworking 1 day a week• Free Coffee and snacks
