We're seeking a detail-oriented Admin Clerk to support the efficient operations of our finance department.
In this role, you'll handle the accurate input of invoices, be a key liaison for our on-site teams, and assist with reporting and financial management tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES Invoice Management.
Meticulously input supplier and customer invoices into our payment management system, Payhawk Act as the primary point of contact for on-site teams regarding financial expenditures and revenues.
Collaborate with the operations team to verify and control supplier invoices.
Company Reporting.
Assist in the preparation of management control reporting and tracking of key operational indicators.
Categorize expenditures accurately within our payment management system (Payhawk).
Administrative and Financial Support.
Provide daily administrative and financial management support to the Group Controller and CFO.
Perform additional administrative and reporting tasks as needed.
