ACTUARY

We are looking to recruit a Solvency II actuary for an international insurance organisation based in Belgium. The role is focused on understanding and communicating Solvency II developments to insurance executives and we are interested in candidates from any EU country, with either life or general insurance (non life, health, pensions) experience. An actuarial qualification or a degree in insurance, actuarial, finance etc would be useful. Solvency II experience would be ideal, especially if the candidate has worked for a regulator or a pan-European (re) insurance group.A large part of the role will involve reading and writing reports on Solvency II and a European language would be very useful (French, German, Spanish, Italian, any Nordic language, Greek etc). The working environment is very international with English as the daily language.The benefits package is very generous, plus excellent benefits.
