What will my functions be? Carry out technical work according to instructions from your Manager, and according to established procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
General Ledger Maintenance.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date entries in the general ledger (using Microsoft ERP Business Central).
Perform monthly reconciliations of key accounts.
Bank Reconciliation.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Monitor and track bank transactions.
Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Process invoices and payments.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Financial Reporting.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Annual Accounts and Official Ledgers.
Assist in the preparation of official ledgers.
Assist in Tax Preparation.
Assist in preparing documentation for tax returns.
