It is an essential role for the proper functioning of our company.
As an Accounting Assistant, your main responsibilities will b e.
Accounting invoices Client and supplier portfolio reconciliation Bank reconciliation Administrative tasks regarding costs and personal expenses.
Support with the preparation of the monthly financial closing Preparation of admin documentation to support internal and external audits Requirements Contractual requirements.
A Spanish/EU citizen, or permanent residence in Spain with a full time work permit Based in the Barcelona province, or within commuting distance Undergraduate student in Business Administration and Management, Accounting or a similar degree at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Universitat de Barcelona, or Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona Having completed at least 50% of your ECTS and have the ability to sign an internship agreement with one of the above universities Being able to work at least 25 h Monday to Friday, either morning or afternoon Our \"Must Have\".
A very high level of Spanish, and a high level of English, both written and spoken (no certifications required) Initiative and the ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues Organization skills and a great attention to detail A good knowledge of Excel and Outlook It is not mandatory but desirable to have experience in an Accounting and/or Finance department, or experience with accounting software Benefits What we offer.
